Application — Brand / Visual Designer

Brand systems for companies that notice the difference.

Your audience "notices when something feels cheap and responds when something feels considered." That's the work I've done for 10+ years — identity, packaging, print, environments and web. This whole page is built in your brand language, and there's a campaign I designed for DualEntry below, before you asked.

Systems, not one-off assets. Built to compound.

Chosen for this role: identity systems, packaging architecture, environments and web — the exact multidisciplinary range your brief calls essential.

01 — Identity system · Packaging architecture · Retail

Essdee: a house of brands, made one system.

Head of Brand for a ₹150 Cr+ apparel group. I rebuilt the identity, packaging architecture and retail language across 250+ styles and 2,500+ SKUs — plus the nomenclature, calendar and templates that keep it consistent every season. This is what "a living identity, not a brand guide" looks like.

92: a world-class brand, built from zero.

My own activewear brand. I defined the vision, identity, packaging, campaign and go-to-market, sourced across Taiwan, China and India, and grew it to ₹2 Cr+ with a 15-person team. High agency isn't a line on my CV — I've done the whole thing from a blank page.

When the brand leaves the screen.

Conference backdrops, standees and international activations — including expos in Almaty and Thailand. Your JD calls out "CFO dinners, conference booths, sponsored activations." Most SaaS designers can't show environmental work. I can — designed, produced and installed.

NILVA: the craft travels beyond apparel.

Identity and packaging system for an A2 dairy brand — retail shelf, not a screen. Proof the systems thinking and finish hold up in a completely different, unforgiving product category where the shelf is the pitch.

Hamic: identity with restraint.

A focused identity and product story for a premium vest label. Here for one reason: craft up close — logo, type and finish held to the standard your CFO audience quietly registers.

The concept — designed for DualEntry, unasked

The DualEntry CFO Table.

Your JD names "CFO dinners, conference booths, sponsored activations." So instead of describing what I'd do, I designed one — as a system, in your brand.

An invite-only dinner series for finance leaders who run lean and close fast — the exact people you sell to. One idea across six surfaces: web, invite, email, social, booth and deck. Four are mocked below, in your teal, your type and your voice. This is me receiving a brief that didn't exist, and shipping.

Then join the table.

A dinner for finance leaders who run a one-person close and still ship in a day. No pitch. Just the people already living in the future of finance.

Fit — against your brief

Where I line up.

"Built & evolved brand systems, not just executed"
I built the identity, packaging architecture and the calendar, nomenclature and templates that keep Essdee and 92 alive season after season.
"Multidisciplinary range is essential"
Identity, packaging, print, environmental / events and web — including the physical, produced-and-installed work most SaaS designers can't show.
"High agency — you don't wait to be told"
I founded 92 from a blank page — and I designed the CFO Table concept above before anyone asked me to.
"Strategic and executional altitude"
Head of Brand who sets the system and still personally designs the asset. I've operated at both ends for a ₹150 Cr org.
"A point of view you'll defend"
10+ years holding one bar across five brands. I'll challenge a brief when it's wrong — kindly, with a better answer attached.
"Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite"
Adobe expert, comfortable in Figma, and I design and ship web (howiconic.com is mine, end to end). Tools aren't the bottleneck.
Availability — based in Bengaluru, working a committed daily overlap with New York (EST) hours from day one — and open to relocating to the NYC HQ within your 2-year window.
The honest ask

I'm probably not the strongest résumé in your pile.
I'll be the hardest worker in your building.

You hire fast and you trust proof over promises — so do I. So here's my proposal instead of a hard sell:

Give me one small, real project. A landing page, an event moment, a brand system — whatever's live and useful to you. Let me deliver it before you commit to hiring me, and judge me on the work, not the CV. If it isn't among the best you've seen, you've lost nothing and you keep the work.

Low risk for you. Everything to prove for me. That's the deal I'd bet on.
